Sgt Kutu murder case – MEC Shongwe will attend bail judgement

Patricia Mabojane Kutu, who is accused number two in the case is the wife of the late officer

The Mpumalanga Member of the Executive Council for Community Safety, Security and Liaison, Mr Vusi Shongwe will attend the judgment of the bail application of the accused, Patricia Mabojane Kutu.

The bail application will take place on January 11 at Witbank Magistrate’s Court.

Patricia Mabojane Kutu, who is accused number two in the case is the wife of the late officer.

She is facing charges of murder, possession of illegal firearms, possession of ammunition and two counts of theft.

Sgt Kutu was killed in his house last year. He was a member of the SAPS Tactical Response Team (TRT).
