After all the rain that has fallen the last couple of week’s the Witbank Dam level has increased.
Three sluice gates have been opened at 500mm each to release approximately 74m³/s.
Please be vigilant as the dam level keep on rising. The possibility is there that further sluice gates will be opened later in the day.
