Water pipe bursts in Extension 16
Pipe burst in Extension 16, water just running down the road.
Many residents in eMalahleni sat for days without water and one resident in Extension 16 had a burst water pipe and there was no stopping it.
On Tuesday, November 16 a water pipe burst in a garden in Extension 16.
The homeowner was concerned about the wasted water gushing in the garden and then down the road.

She immediately contacted various numbers at the Emalahleni City Council to have the pipe repaired and the water leak stopped.
By Wednesday morning, November 17 the pipe leak had not stopped.
Water just continued to flow down the road, where some areas of eMalahleni households were without water.
