De Grendel Wines held a prestigious wine tasting event which left people jollier than they arrived.

The event was hosted by Mama Lisa Bistro and Sushi Bar on Wednesday, October 13.

Local residents came out in numbers to support the business that did not only provide great food and wine, but also educated them about wines.

De Grendel Wines was established in 1720, and has since grown to be wine makers that are loved by many.

Among the many glasses that were tasted, the Op Die Berg Pinot Noir, Op Die Berg Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc and Op Die Berg Chardonnay were enjoyed by many.
