A great farewell after years of leadership

Eleanor’s hard work and dedication were celebrated and well wishes were sent as she is ‘officially retired’.

After 13 years of service, Child Welfare SA (CWSA) in eMalahleni bid farewell to their loving manager Eleanor van Rooyen.

A farewell celebration was held in her honour for all the hard work she has put in at Child Welfare SA.

The celebration was held on Friday, October 1.

She was then promoted to office manager in 2018 and has held the position to date.

“We will miss her kindness and the way she led us, she was like a mother to us,” said Ivy Ratlhogo, who has been working with Eleanor for years.

Representatives from Highveld House and CWSA Provincial Office had a lot of good things to say about Eleanor and her contribution to the organisation.
