Emalahleni Local Municipality has set up an information desk at Highveld Mall today to make it easier to go and query your municipal account.
“Consumers are encouraged to come and verify their accounts and pay for their services on site,” said municipal spokesperson Mr Lebo Mofokeng.
A speed point facility will also be available on site.
The municipality invites the community to actively participate in the campaign, verify their accounts, pay for their services on site and interact with the leadership and the officials of the municipality.
This initiative forms part of the Masakhane Campaign that is part of the effort to secure active involvement of communities in governance and sustainable development.
