This is a sewer leak at the satellite licensing office at the fire station.
Residents have to queue in sewerage in order to enter the office to renew their vehicle licenses.
The licensing personnel have reported this situation to the municipality consistently for a week, but the problem has not been attended to yet.
An appeal was made to councilor Roy Cronje while renewing his vehicle licenses for assistance in expediting the resolving of this issue which was done immediately as well as the water leak emanating from a retaining wall at the back of the fire station.
These incidents are again a reminder of the degradation of the municipal infrastructure which is becoming increasingly evident daily.
