The Emalahleni Local Municipality calls on all youth owner businesses specialising in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to submit proposals for funding of their businesses.
This initiative is issued by the local municipality and its financial service provider, MunSoft to assist ICT businesses within the junction of the municipality with a financial support system.
Candidates are advised to bring along these requirements.
- Have Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) certificate owned by youth between 18 and 35 years of age, operate within the jurisdiction of Emalahleni Local Municipality, and proof of address will be required;
- Be in operation for a minimum period of 12 months and operate in the ICT sector.
- Candidates must be registered with the South African Revenue Service (SARS) and Central Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC)
- The detailed business proposal for funding must be submitted to the municipality’s Youth Office at the main municipal building on the second floor.
