Mrs South Africa top semi-finalist presenting dignity packs and motivating girls in Extension 14

The beautiful Yvonne Mofoleng-Tsumane believes women are the basis of a beautiful life.

Yvonne Mofoleng-Tsumane has been announced as a Mrs South Africa top semi-finalist for 2021, out of a record number of entries received by the organisation during a global pandemic.

Her journey began as a semi-finalist, in March this year, where she was announced virtually on the Mrs South Africa official Instagram page, along with the other beautiful, sophisticated, and married women from all over South Africa, attended an empowerment workshop held at

Emperors Palace, to prepare the class of 2021 for the journey ahead.

Mrs South Africa is a journey that has gained the reputation of a Women-Empowerment Program and prides itself on producing the very best in real, relatable, and modern South African women. The program celebrates marriage and the essence of being a bona fide woman.

The program was created for married women who would ordinarily not have such a platform to compete and be ambassadors for South Africa, on a global scale.

The opportunities and platforms that have been created for Mrs South Africa entrants are significant in every way and truly creates a ripple effect across our beautiful country.

Through the journey, women find themselves again and learn that they are never too old to follow their dreams and become voices of change.

Yvonne is a mother, wife, career woman, philanthropist, disability NPO champion, and mother-daughter empowerment program host.

“I’m very excited to have embarked on the women empowerment journey and I’m looking forward to being transformed,” she told WITBANK NEWS.

Recently Yvonne and her team spend 67 minutes giving to less privileged teen girls giving them sanitary towels and dignity packs at Giant Saint a non-profit making organisation in Extension 14 and she also share some moments with them motivating them about Nelson Mandela.

“In Africa, there is a concept known as ‘Ubuntu’ that’s one concept that always keeps as united as African. The profound sense that we are human only through the humanity of others. We can make a difference and stand up to any youthful storms if we stand together as a sisterhood. Let’s stand together and fix each other’s crowns as queen,” says Yvonne.
