The Emalahleni local municipality has released the updated schedule for load reduction that is used to reduce the increasing demand for electricity that is supplied to the public.
Please note the following dates and areas where the load reduction will be implemented.
Wednesday, July 21:
Time: 16:00 until 21:00
Hlalanikahle 4 feeder 1 and 2;
Hlalanikahle 2 and 5 – feeder
Hlalanikahle 2, 4, 5: phase 1 and 2
Thursday, July 22:
Time: 16:00 until 21:00
Hlalanikahle 1 and 3
Friday, July 23:
Time: 16:00 until 21:00
Ring Sub 1
Extension 7, 9 and 14
Saturday, July 24:
Time: 16:00 until 21:00
Ring Sub 4; Ring Sub 3
Extension 10; Bond and RDP Houses; Extension 4,5,11 and 18
Sunday, July 25:
Time: 16:00 until 21:00
Empumelelweni Sub
Empumelelweni Extensions, Ext 11
Monday, July 26:
Time: 16:00 until 21:00
Hlalanikahle 4 feeder 1 and 2; Hlalanikahle 2 and 5 – feeder
