Mr Mpumalanga takes a stand against looting

Mr Mpumalanga is standing against looting

Mr Mpumalanga Jonathan Manyaka along with his peers are standing against looting and any form of violence.

Manyaka says it is painful to see people suffering to have jobs just to provide for their loved ones, but it is more painful to see people on a mission of destroying those little jobs that are left to help people to put food on the table.

Manyaka added that he urged the youth not to participate in these criminal activities because they might end up in jail with no future.

“Therefore they must save themselves by not engaging in these looting activities and by so doing they will be also protecting their precious economic hubs and other people’s jobs.”

Manyaka concluded by reminding people that they will need these shops tomorrow; therefore they must protect them now.

Along with his fellow friends, they went from old Saveways to downtown CBD to encourage people to protect their business by standing against looting.

People were very pleased to see young people taking charge against looting, and striving to protect the city.
