Being pregnant can be overwhelming, especially if it’s your first child and you don’t know what to expect when expecting. Don’t stress about it, help is out there and her name is Sister Mariska Blom from Tender Loving Care (TLC) and Baby Clinic. She runs the baby clinic and is a midwife. She also gives breastfeeding consultations (support and advice). Mariska also offers first aid classes and is a CPR instructor. Mariska will be hosting an information session on Friday, June 25 between 08:00 and 13:00. She is inviting all pregnant or breastfeeding mommies to attend the information session.
“Come see me and ask me questions about your pregnancy or about breastfeeding. It is a free day and each mommy will get a sample pack and there is a lucky draw prize as well,” said Mariska.
She also does immunizations (government stock for the injections), family planning (government stock tablets or injections) and Vitamin B injections (Vitamin B co and B12).
