Young mother to appear for bail application
With no previous convictions and no pending cases, her bail application has been set for Tuesday, March 30.
A 28-year-old woman arrested and is facing charges of murder appeared for a bail application at Witbank Magistrate’s Court.
Making her first appearance the young mother of two appeared in court on Tuesday, March 23, after an incident on Thursday, March 18, at Ferrometals Squatter Camp near Ackerville.
With no previous convictions and no pending cases, her bail application has been set for Tuesday, March 30.
The police reported that a victim was found stabbed with a sharp object in his upper body, allegedly by the mother of his two daughters aged two years and 15 months old. According to information, the victim and the suspect were embroiled in an argument over a child that led to the stabbing.
Police as well as medical personnel were summoned to the scene where the victim was taken to hospital for medical treatment but unfortunately died as a result of his injuries.
The suspect was arrested later.
