Many accidents have occurred on OR Tambo Road especially at the famous bend towards the old Middelburg Road.
On Monday evening, March 29 another accident occurred on the bend.
Two vehicles were involved, a Volkswagen Polo and a Toyota Corolla.
A person was declared dead on the scene and one child and another adult were taken to hospitals in eMalahleni for treatment.
Speed reducing strips have already been placed across the road to help curb accidents from happening.
