Thulani Sindane went missing as he was last seen when he left his residence in Clewer.
He did not indicate where he was going on February 26 and did not take any personal belongings with him.
He has not been seen or heard from since. Thulani is an African male aged 21, with black hair and brown eyes.
He is of a slender build and approximately 1.6m tall and weighs approximately 60kg. Clothing worn during disappearance was camouflage trousers with a blue reflective overall jacket.
Thulani suffers from mental illness.
