Jewellery shop robbed again

A jeweller shop was robbed by pretending customers and left in a hurry with an undisclosed amount of jewellery.

A jewellery shop has been the targeted by robbers again.

On Sunday, February 7 two males entered the store, pretending to be customers before allegedly robbing them.

One of the sales staff members asked how they can help; one of the two males then took out his firearm and told the sales staff that it is a robbery and they should open the cabinets.

The other suspect received a phone call and told his associate that they should leave. They asked the staff member to open the gate and give them the key. The security was told to move back and the robbers left the scene.

No serious injuries were sustained, and an undisclosed amount of valuable jewellery was taken.
