Burnt body found

The body of an unidentified male was found in the Blesboklaagte area in eMalahleni.

On January 21 a man collecting firewood in the bushes spotted something out of the ordinary, on closer inspection he made the gruesome discovery of a body.

He reported the matter to a local farmer who contacted the South African Community Crime Watch (SACCW) who went to the scene.

Witbank Police are currently on the scene busy with an investigation.

The police are urging the community to assist with any information regarding this incident that may help with the investigation. The investigating officer, Captain Dick Masango can be contacted on 079 551 2708.
