Nonhlanhla is planning to study public relation and communication next year

A book by Nonhlanhla Nkosi takes one into a journey of the life of a young woman trying to inspire others.

Nonhlanhla started writing the book at the age of 17 in 2018 and the aim was to note all the challenges and the faced by young girls while at the same time trying to find solutions and implement them to help others to avoid those avoid them.

Nonhlanhla says the book traces her life long journey from an early age growing without a mother losing at a stage of her life (age four years in 2005).

She noted that the challenges she faced in teenage years right through were minimised by the support she received from family members and her father who were always there for me as a shoulder to cry on.

“The book is a reflection of myself but with an intention that it will help others to manoeuvre their journeys as well. I want also to thank Father Linda Zwane of Sacred Heart Catholic Church who not only motivated me but also gave tips and introduces me to a publisher,” said Nonhlanhla.

She is planning to study public relation and communication course next year.
