Stolen diesel suspects case postponed for further investigation

Three suspects between the ages of 28 and 47 appeared before the Witbank Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, July 28 for possession of suspected stolen diesel.
The main suspect, who is also the owner of the trucks was released on R2 000.00 bail and the case is postponed to Thursday, September 10 for further investigation.
The case against the other two suspects who are also drivers of the trucks was provincially withdrawn pending further investigation.
