Passengers from a minibus taxi were scattered all over after the minibus rolled.
On Wednesday October 9, a minibus taxi was travelling from Ogies to Gauteng when one of the tyres suddenly burst.
This caused the minibus to swerve and eventually rolled.
Passengers were scattered all over the scene.
A bystander on scene said, “On my way back from eMalahleni this morning, I came across this unbearable scene. People were scattered all over the N12 after the taxi they were traveling in had a tyre burst and overturned. However, I would like to mention the two Eskom employees who attended to the injured with their first aid kits prior to the arrival of the emergency services. Praise God, there were no casualties but two elderly women were in severe pain.”
Emergency services attended to the scene and treated injured passengers accordingly.
