Donate a bra for the ‘bra chain’

Donate all new, old, unwanted and unused bras in all shapes and sizes to the collection box stationed at the Highveld Mall

Cansa Highveld is calling all ladies to donate their unwanted bras for cancer awareness month.

This October, Cansa Highveld Care Centre together with Highveld Mall will be hosting the 2019 bra chain all in aid of Breast Cancer awareness.

Donate all new, old, unwanted and unused bras in all shapes and sizes to the collection box stationed at the Highveld Mall Information Kiosk between now and Wednesday, October 30.

There a bra chain will be made to see how many kilometres will be covered with the bra chain.

The bras will afterward be donated to women in need in and around the rural areas of eMalahleni.

Cansa will provide education to these women on how to conduct self breast examinations.

Andries du Preez from Cansa Highveld concluded: “Have your ‘boobies’ checked during the month of October at the Cansa Highveld Care Centre with their brand new breast light available at R150 per screening.”

For more information and bookings contact the care centre at 013 656 5420, visit them at 19A Northey Street or contact Andries on 072 248 9424.
