Witbank Trio Task Team bestowed as second best team

The Witbank Trio Task Team was crowned as the second runner-up in Mpumalanga on the best investigative team category during the provincial awards ceremony that was held in Masoyi in Mpumalanga earlier this month.

The Witbank Cluster Commander Major-General Wilson Kekana appreciated the Trio Task Team for their great work when he handed over the trophies and certificates to the members of the Trio Task Team on Wednesday morning, September 11.

He added: “We congratulate our Trio Task Team for their great work and their achievements.”

“We feel honoured to have received such an award and recognition. We will continue to serve our community and strive to solve more crimes such as house robberies and business robberies,” he said with a smile on his face.

He added that they still need help of the community to provide information that would help them in any case so that justice can be brought to victims of crime.
