A house break-in was reported at Hlalanikahle in Extension 1.
The house owner reported to the police that the incident happened on Wednesday, May 8 between 23:00 and 06:47.
It was said that when she went to sleep, all was in order and when she woke up the next morning, she noticed that her plasma television, Sony radio speakers and cell phone were missing. Nothing was broken and the house owner suspects that whoever stole her things, might have gained entry using keys.
The value of all the items taken is R24 150.
In another break-in at KwaGuqa in Extension 16 on Wednesday, May 8 some items were also taken.
The house owner went to sleep and everything was in order and when he woke up the next morning, he found that his television and cell phone were missing and a window was broken.
The incident happened between 21:00 to 08:00.
The value of all items taken is R3 800.
Police are investigating both cases and no one has been arrested.
