The case of Mthunzi Sibuyi that got beaten up at a local restaurant in eMalahleni is going to trial after a year of postponements this case will finally go to trial this week.
WITBANK NEWS last did an article in October 2018 about the case of assault that turned into a case of attempted murder after Mthunzi Sibuyi (21) got beaten into the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
Further the WITBANK NEWS article stated that, “the incident that occurred in the late hours of Saturday night, January 6 turned viral after a racial tiff happened at a local restaurant.”
