The Ridge Casino hosts a successful career day for local school learners
High school learners, young graduates and the local youth were encouraged to attend the event
Paving the way for Mpumalanga’s future workforce is Tsogo Sun’s The Ridge Casino, which hosted a career day for local schools and youth in eMalahleni and surrounding areas on Wednesday, February 20.
High school learners, young graduates and the local youth were encouraged to attend the event, register their CVs and explore various career paths at The Ridge.
The initiative was also meant to ignite career interest and enthusiasm for available opportunities, internships, learnerships and placement programmes.
“With numerous options available at the casino in areas such as information technology, finance and human resources, we saw the career day as an excellent opportunity to educate young people on different career prospects and assist in shaping tomorrow’s future employees,” says Solly Mataboge, The Ridge Casino’s General Manager.
