Injured lay scattered on the tarmac

As the injured were being treated in Witbank Provincial Hospital, police continued with the investigation on the Old Ogies Road (R544)

The accident happened on Sunday, January 27 at approximately 10:50, it’s still unclear how the accident happened.

One person was declared dead on scene, while the rest of the injured passengers that were scattered on the tarmac were treated on scene then transported to hospital for further treatment.

This video shows how the injured lay on the tarmac waiting for help from emergency services. This video was taken shortly after the accident occurred; all these passengers lying on the road are all still alive. All the injured were transported to Witbank Provincial Hospital.
