The most recent robbery occurred on Friday, January 11 at approximately 11:00 in Wells Street in Extension 10.

Not often would you see three women driving around in a green car, but after two known robberies that they have been involved in, South African Community Crime Watch (SACCW) and police are on the look out for them.

The most recent robbery occurred on Friday, January 11 at approximately 11:00 in Wells Street in Extension 10.

The owner of the business on the property alleged that she was busy in the kitchen when someone called her and told her that she had a client.

The woman went and found that there was a client inside the shop; the unknown woman asked if the woman had a certain product and she said yes.

Then the unknown woman said she is just going to the car to collect money, when she returned an unknown man was with her.

While the shop owner was writing out the invoice, the man drew a firearm and pointed it at the shop owner’s face and told her to keep quiet.

They taped her hands together and then searched her place and took a number of items.

The suspects managed to get away with a laptop, jewellery and body products valued to an undisclosed amount of money.

Members from SACCW arrived on scene and so did the police. A case of house robbery was opened at Witbank Police Station.

The other incident occurred in Panorama Street on Thursday, January 10 at 11:00 when the domestic worker informed the homeowner that there were people at the gate wanting to look at the house as it is for sale.

That is when the owner let them into the house to have a look around.

Later that day they found that jewellery and watches had been stolen.

The people that seemed to be interested in the house were three unknown woman in a green vehicle.
