Police in Mpumalanga have managed to crack the complex Bitcoin cases that took place in eMalahleni and Middelburg.
On May 20 our city was in shock after the 13-year-old, Katlego Marite was kidnapped infront of his house in Tasbet Park.
The kidnappers then left a ransom note, demanding Bitcoins in exchange for his freedom.
Few days later, Katlego was reunited with his family unharmed.
The suspects were caught and appeared at the Middelburg Magistrate’s Court on January 15 and were granted R1 000 bail each.
