Two suspects are free following a shooting that claimed one life.
Following the shooting near Kusile Power Station, of one of their employees on November 13, two suspects were arrested but are now on free foot.
The Ogies Magistrate’s Court said on Tuesday, November 27 that the case is provisionally withdrawn, pending the investigation.
They appeared in the abovementioned court on November 15 for the first time, then again on November 21.
Their third appearance was on November 26 and then again on November 27.

The men were in court on charges of murder, attempted murder and possession of an unlicensed firearm.
They were in custody until November 27.
Police arrested the two men after the fatal shooting of Petrus Nkosi (36).
It is alleged that the shooting was an act of revenge, after the deceased hurt a family member of the accused.
