Vosman police reported that they are investigating three business robberies.

The first robbery was reported at Engen Garage at Schonland Drive on Sunday, October 28 at about 23:00.

The teller told the police that she was busy inside the shop when she noticed a suspect.

The suspect approached her and threatened her with a firearm demanding the money. The suspect then robbed her of R1 400 in cash and cigarettes; the value of all the items taken is R2 900. The suspect then fled the scene on foot.

The second robbery happened at Masibuyesane Mine on Sunday, October 28 at about 01:30.

It was reported that a security officer was on duty in the area when he was busy patrolling with a colleague.

They saw three suspects, one of them pointed them with a firearm and ordered them to go inside the mine. They were then tied up with shoe laces and they took tyres and batteries valued at R5 000 and they then fled the scene in a vehicle.

The third business robbery was near the Clewer railway line. It was reported that a security officer was on duty in the area with his colleagues on Tuesday, October 30 at about 23:00 when they were confronted by four suspects.

The suspects came to the station and pointed the security officers with a gun, locked them inside the guard room, forcing them not to look up.

They were locked up for about five hours while they stole diesel valued at R100 000 and they then fled the scene.
No one has been arrested in all the cases and police are investigating.
