The first case was on Saturday, October 20 at KwaGuqa in Extension 16. A 37-year old man reported that he was with a colleague when they saw five suspects at about 20: 40.

Two of the suspects pointed them with a firearm while the other suspects searched them and took a wallet, cash and car keys. The vale of all the items taken is R13 186. The suspects then flee the scene on foot.

In another case at Willie Ackerman Drive a 30-year old man had his two cell phones taken when he was walking alone in the street.

The cell phones were taken when the man came across two suspects, one of the suspects pointed him with a firearm and the other searched him and took his cell phones. The value of the two cell phones is R2 200.

The third robbery happened at Vosman in Extension 12 on Monday, 22 October at about 20:00.

A 22-year old lady was on her way from school to her place of residence. While passing a tuckshop she noticed three supects standing by the shop and she kept on walking.

While walking, she saw one of the suspects in front of her and the other two were behind her; she was grabbed and threatened with the firearm.

The suspect with the firearm demanded her cell phone and they took it. They also took a Casio calculator and cash. The value of all the items taken is R1 500.

Nobody have been arrested in all three cases.
