Another vehicle has been hijacked in Ackerville.
The white Hyundai Atos with registration number XTS 076 GP, valued at R169 000 was hijacked at Godfrey Motla Street in Ackerville on Saturday, October 6 at midnight.
A 29 year-old driver reported that he was delivering food for MacDonald’s and while he was asking directions from a client, he was approached by three suspects.

One of the suspects pointed him with a firearm and forced him to the back seat of the vehicle.
They searched him and robbed him of his cell phone, dropped him off in the bushes and drove away with the vehicle.
No arrests in this case and Vosman police also reported that they were able to make 41 arrests in cases that include assault GBH, malicious damage to property, house breaking and theft, possession of drugs, armed robbery, rape, car hijacking and murder amongst others.
