Two businesses suffered a loss after armed robbers arrived on the premises and helped themselves to what they need.

Two businesses suffered a loss after armed robbers arrived on the premises and helped themselves to what they need.

It is alleged that on Thursday, August 23 at about 20:30 one of the employees at a local business was about to lock up when two African males entered.

They pretended to be customers but when they reached the counter they pointed two firearms towards the employee demanding money.

The suspects allegedly took the employees cell phone along will cash from the safe.

The suspects then made a run for it and have not yet been arrested. Police are still investigating the case.

Earlier last week another business allegedly got robbed by two African males.

It is alleged that on Monday, 20 August, two African males entered a shop and pointed firearms towards the employee.

They threatened to shoot him if he doesn’t obey their demands.

They took his cell phone, a Samsung Galaxy S7 and also stole cash from the till. The suspects then fled the scene.

Police are investigating the case.
