The Department of Safety and Security in conjunction with the Road Traffic Personnel build several bridges which pedestrians can use to walk over the highways. Parents are encouraged to teach their children and family members not to walk or run over highways. Fines will be issued to those people who make themselves guilty of such offences,” concluded police spokesperson David Ratau.
