The attempted murder case of Mthunzi Sibuyi that got beaten into Intensive Care Unit (ICU) earlier this year was transferred to Regional Court for the second time.
WITBANK NEWS reported on April 6 that the accused, Jacobus Els appeared in court on April 3. The article further stated that the case will be transferred to Regional Court on May 8.

Night out turned into a racial fight
On May 8 the whole Sibuyi family including Mthunzi sat and awaited the case to start, but unfortunately found out that Els already appeared in Court B earlier that morning.
Mthunzi Sibuyi (21) got assaulted and ended up in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) on January 6 at a local restaurant in eMalahleni.
It came to light that the case was postponed until June 6 for a second time to Regional Court.
“I am still going strong but will really like to get to a point in regards with this case. I am missing class due to this case being postponed the whole time,” Mthunzi Sibuyi concluded.
