Logs fall on stationery vehicle at traffic light

Strange accidents have occurred in eMalahleni over the past two days; recently a truck load of logs fell on a stationery car at a traffic light.

The silver Volkswagen that was stationery at the traffic light on Tuesday, February 27 when a truck carrying logs, lost its load onto the bonnet.

On Tuesday afternoon, February 27 at the traffic light a silver Volkswagen was waiting for a truck carrying logs to turn.

As the truck started to turn, a couple of the logs fell off the truck and landed on the bonnet of the vehicle.

Luckily the driver of the silver vehicle never sustained any injuries, except that he got the fright of his life watching the logs smash onto his bonnet.

The scene where the truck carrying logs lost its load on Tuesday, February 27.

The previous day on Monday morning, February 26 an accident occurred in Paul Sauer Street where two vehicles collided.

Emergency services attended to the scene and both vehicles were towed away.
