Helio Samuel Tembe (44) better known as Joseph has been found dead after he was reported missing last Monday.
On Monday, February 12 Joseph’s body was found decomposed in the bushes next to City Road Street in Rietspruit.
Sgt Muhlari and Cst Mabunda from Kriel SAPS were at Rietspruit when they saw a group of people standing with Jospeh Nzimande (CPF member). When officials asked, they said there was a dead person in the trenches.

Police officers found Joseph lying facing up wearing boxer shorts and a green t-shirt as previously reported. He was taken to a government mortuary.

Police first opened a missing person case which then turned into a kidnapping case and now it is an inquest. After a post mortem has been done, it will determine if the case will not change from an inquest to a murder or stay the same.
Joseph went missing on Sunday, February 4 at 05:00 when he was last seen standing at the gate with four Sesotho speaking men.
Corrections to be made regarding the previous article: Joseph was not living with the four Sesotho speaking men, but he was last seen with them standing at the gate and he was not on his way to work when he went missing.
It was his neighbour that was on his way to work when he popped in at Kriel Police Station to report Joseph missing.
