Workers were paid a nice visit by Cllr Anthonie Brits in his visit to three care facilities.

In order to commemorate National Women’s day on August 9 Cllr Anthonie Brits accompanied by his wife Tania and daughters Megan and Monique visited The White Rose Hospice, Immergroen and the Moth Cottages and delivered cup cakes for the residents and staff.

Cllr. Brits particularly paid tribute to the staff at all these institutions who were unselfishly working on this special day to improve the lives of the sick and the elderly. He said that those women were truly an example to the world of the important role that women play in society.
