Phola Police have a good story to tell after nabbing a suspect found in possession of suspected stolen copper cable.
On Saturday, July 29 around 18:20 Phineas Skhumbuzo Thobela was found at Kusile Power Station South Gate with the stolen goods.
The suspect was allegedly on his way out from the Power Station when a security guard found copper cable in his possession after searching him.
Copper cable was stolen at Kusile Power Station on Saturday, July 29.
Captain Amos Velaphi Mlangeni and Constable Jacobs Moritania Thobejane attended the scene and arrested Thobela.
A possession of suspected stolen property case was opened against the suspect. Thobela appeared at Ogies Magistrates Court on Monday, July 31.
