A 29-year-old man was murdered in Allenby Street and the family and police are desperate to find answers.
“I received a call from the police around 03:00 on Saturday, June 3, informing me that Sbusiso, my son has been killed,” said Mr Ephraim Vilakazi.
The late Sbusiso Bheko Kuhle Vilakazi.
Sbusiso was killed after he suffered a stab wound to the back of his neck. According to police, he was dropped off in Allenby Street after the incident and a bystander went to check on him. The bystander found him lying in a pool of blood and paramedics declared Sbusiso dead on scene.
The vehicle that dropped him off was a white Citi Golf but no one could recall the number plate or the person driving the vehicle.
