There are more cases of fraud and corruption opened against Emalahleni Municipal Manager, Theo van Vuuren.

Democratic Alliance Caucus Leader in the Emalahleni Local Council, Cllr Naritha Naidu laid more charges of fraud and corruption against Emahleni Municipal Manager, Theo van Vuuren.

According to Naidu Van Vuuren allegedly manipulated the reference numbers of capital budget allocations in order to harvest funds for the mayor’s R1.5 million car.

According to documents in WITBANK NEWS possession, the reference numbers of the various service delivery grants that Van Vuuren, is planning to take money that do not match the reference numbers of the same projects in his proposal to council.
