Man arrested after police found dagga in his teddy bear

It was a rather busy day for police as they cleaned the streets of Emalaheni in their attempt to keep the community clean of unwanted substances.

On this day a total of three arrests were made of men that were found in possession of dagga.
The first arrest was made at 12:00 when policemen that were on duty came across two men at MNS with seven balls of dagga. They were arrested on the scene.

30 minutes later the second arrest was made at Klarinet Extension seven after the police woman received information that there was a man selling dagga. She took her colleague with and found the accused with a teddy bear; inside were eight balls of dagga. He was arrested for the crime committed.

Two hours later the third arrest was made in connection with the same offence of having dagga. The man was busted at Louis Trichardt Street.
