Stolen motor vehicle found burnt

“I am just glad we were not hurt,” concluded the man.

A man’s stolen motor vehicle was found three days later burnt at Extension five.

The 34-year-old man was at Klarinet extension seven when he became a victim of a house robbery that turned into his white caravelle being stolen.
The tragic incident took place on February 20 when he was with his friends listening to music that was playing in his car.

The man and his friend went to the dining area leaving the rest of his friends outside when after a few moments they saw their friends pushing one another into the house, behind the group were two suspects with firearms.
The suspects allegedly pointed a gun at the group and requested them to hand over their wallets and cellphones.

One of the suspects went straight to the 34-year-old man and asked for his car keys.

“The way he came straight to me it is as if he knew that I was the driver of the vehicle,” said the man.

No one was injured during this incident, but when the suspects fled the scene with the man’s car they left behind the cellphones they took in the house earlier on.
The caravan was however found in the morning at Extension five on February 23 burned after he got a heads up on where to find the car.

“I am just glad we were not hurt,” concluded the man.
