Business broken into in CBD

A business in the Central Business District (CBD) was broken into and there was no forced entry.

Ama-Auto Glass was broken into on Sunday, January 17 and nothing much has come from the break-in even though that there was no forced entry into the building as the two shops next to each other have been subdivided.


The business next to Ama- Auto Glass where it’s alleged the suspects came through and entered the building to Ama-Auto Glass.

It’s alleged that the suspect entered the building from the shop next door, as he came in through the beans.
The suspect managed to take a computer, cash register, grinders, drills, two boxes of Polyurethane Adhesive, side door glass, 42 windscreens for all types of vehicles, 28 rear-light and 31 windshields. The Friday and Saturday takings were also taken.

In the shop next to Ama-Auto Glass there is a car repair shop where there are six vehicles.

“At this stage the cars are being stripped and the owners need to come and collect there cars,” said the owner of Ama-Auto Glass.
