Kind family became victims of crime

A hair stylist only known as Justice who has allegedly disappeared with items valued at R14 000 after asking for a place to stay.

A kind hearted family became the victims of crime after they showed some kindness to a hair stylist.
Ms Esther Mkhatshwa and her family members were allegedly robbed of their goods after they gave sanctuary to man only known as Justice. According to Ms Mkhatshwa who stays in Lynnville, Justice who is a hair stylist was well known to the family and the neighbours and when he asked for a place to stay he was given it. It said that he had asked to stay for only three days as he was still looking for a place to rent.

“After some days he told us that he has found a place and was making arrangement to pay a deposit. We took him in good faith as we trusted him. Last week when he noticed that everybody was gone he allegedly took my son’s tablet, lap top, cell phone, three pairs of jeans, three pairs of sneakers and two pairs of shoes,” noted Ms Mkhatshwa.

One of the sons when coming home found all the doors wide opened and checked and found that the items were all gone. The neighbours confirmed that they had seen him carrying a bag and saying that he was going to the city and was coming back. He has never come back and since then he has not been seen in the area.
