Shop owners worst nightmare

For the second time in only two months since the shop opened, Mr Bafana Nzunzu found himself on the other end of a firearm.

Three armed robbers stormed into Nzunzu’s shop, on the Bethal road, last week. “Me and my colleagues ran out of the shop, but they followed us and took us back inside,” Nzunzu told.
According to Nzunzu, the suspects wore masks and gloves. “They searched the shops and took some meat and money,” Nzunzu continued.

One of the employees’ handbags was claimed by the suspects as well, before they fled the scene.
This was the second time the shop had been robbed. Suspects of the previous robbery had been arrested, but the last robbery suspects are still unknown and police have had no success in finding them as yet.
