Is your business up for the challenge?

The schools of eMalahleni have done their part, now it is the businesses’ turn.

All local businesses, commercial and private, are challenged to show their support for Keegan Longueira and Operation Smile.
Keegan is cycling from Cairo to Cape Town in an attempt to break the world record and to raise fund for Operation Smile. Operation Smile is an international organisation which enables underprivileged children and adults to undergo cleft lip and palate surgeries. Each surgery costs R5 500.

Keegan started this trip on January 2 and has covered about 7 000km to date.
Schools have taken up Keegan’s challenge to raise money for surgeries, with some raising enough for three surgeries. Keegan would now like to extend the challenge to businesses too.
There are two ways in which you can give to Operation Smile.
Since Keegan is cycling approximately 11 000km, you may wish to sponsor a certain amount of money per kilometre.
Alternatively you may wish to donate the amount equivalent for one or more surgeries. A donation of any amount is welcome even if the R5 500 goal is not met.

Should you wish to take up the challenge and need more information please contact Paige Cook via e-mail paige@capetrek.com. The money can be paid directly into the Operation Smile bank account.
