Five individuals, one car, 48 hours, one charity

CANSA in partnership with Kia Motors will be hosting the very first CANSA car-sit-in.

Four individual ‘movers and shakers’ has been Identified and CANSA is looking for a fifth ‘jailer’ to be jailed and sentenced to be included in the car. However the ‘jailer’ will be set free as soon as his or her ‘bail’ is paid to make space for the next ‘jailer’.

However for the other four individuals, they will remain in the car as part of the awareness-challenge for 48hours.
The public is urged to visit them and make generous contributions, all this in awareness and support of CANSA Highveld Care Centre. Monies raised with this project will go towards cancer related services in and around eMalahleni.
“We will be revealing the four individuals in press soon, but for now the request is out there for the public to nominate ‘jailers’. The top 10 ‘jailers’ (votes received) will be contacted, jailed and sentenced,” said Andries du Preez, Community Mobiliser Highveld.
He urged the public to submit their nominations here on WITBANK NEWS Facebook Page.

The CANSA car-sit-in in will be taking place from March 20 to March 22 at Highveld Mall’s Food Court.
Andries feels that projects should be innovative and fun and is very excited for this all new, all real fundraising initiative and urges the public to become part of and have fun.

CANSA Highveld Care Centre would like to thank Kia Motors together with Highveld Mall and WITBANK NEWS for their partnership in this challenge of this project.
