The police reported about two suspects that broke into two houses on the same day at KwaGuqa in different times and areas. The other happened in a house in Thushanang and the other behind Mgababa Hostel in Ackerville on Sunday, September 14 at about 04:10. Both suspects were armed.

In Mgababa it is said the suspect pushed the door and woman thought that it was her husband. But on seeing the suspect she screamed and she was overpowered by the suspect.

According to the report from the police, the woman heard her door opening and saw the suspect entering the room. The woman screamed and the suspect pointed a firearm at her. She took her phone worth R500 and nothing else. It is suspected that the suspect ran fled the scene fearing the neighbours after the woman did stopped screaming, her five year old child was also crying.

The suspect is dark in completion of medium height and is about 32 years of age. He is Xhosa speaking and was wearing a hat.
