Golfers, celebrities, paintings all to raise funds
A substantial amount of money was raised at Kabod Huis Golf Day, thanks to the golfers that took part, sponsors, celebrities and paintings.

A substantial amount of money was raised at Kabod Huis Golf Day, thanks to the golfers that took part, sponsors, celebrities and paintings.
The golf day took place on Thursday, August 21 at Bankenveld Golf Course. Altogether 84 golfers arrived to take part in the event, which was for a good cause.
Kabod Huis is a temporary house of shelter for babies that have been thrown away or abused.
Two big boxes of baby products were collect on the day as well, as golfers had to bring a baby product with them.
Ian Visser, manager of Dust Away and painter, auctioned off nine of his paintings that evening for Kabod Huis.
Ciska Vorster regional secretary from Dust Away organized this event.
The following celebrities were also present at the prize giving: Nico Panagio, Koos van der Merwe, Pierre Breytenbach, Werner Swanepoel, Joe F and Johan Ferreira.
